Benzos Benzo withdrawal. please help as cant seem to do it.

As some of the members know I have been prescribed Clonazepam 1mg and Diazepam 10mg for 17 years and taken daily. Well I am still taking Diazepam 10mg every morning but have been reducing the amount of Clonazepam very very slowly, so much so it has taken me over 2 years to get from 1mg to just under 0.125mg of Clonazepam. I was prescribed these drugs for anxiety/agoraphobia not knowing that they were only meant to be used for 2-4 weeks max.

I just cant seem to be able to get any further on my reduction of Clonazepam. Is there anything I can try to ease the anxiety/agoraphobia from the withdrawals, be it prescribed or a natural supplement?

Never heard of MBSR......Can I buy it in shops or is it prescription only?

Mindfulness based stress reduction. It's an eight week course where you learn some basics of meditation. It can be really helpful as an adjunct in the management of mood/anxiety/stress issues.
