Heroin As anyone ever had "flu like symptoms" after injecting drugs (whatever it may be)?

Agreed Smokey, after doing it a few times... It definitely was cotton fever.
 
This is kind of off topic but man, cotton fever is so nasty id rather go thru withdrawals than the little relief you get from those old cottons. Sometimes it comes on 15-30 mins after injecting and hits you real hard and lasts about 30-45 mins, then other times it takes a few hours to come on, and its somewhat milder but lasts for half the day. Personally id rather it come on hard and fast. But my teeth chatter so hard i gotta stick my tongue between them from fear they will break.
 
It's cotton fever. I have gotten it from using tap water before. Granted another time i used basically river water to shoot up coke and got nothing. i think it's the luck of the draw really.
