Ok, Im gonna give you the low down on internet pharmacies. If you are US based, any domestic pharmacy with this logo on their website:
means that pharmacy complies with all federal and local pharmacy laws as well as some extra ecommerce regulations regarding ordering, communication, shipping etc. Currently 55 pharmacy corporations have the seal and many are the big chains and mail order houses.
Now, I imagine many BLs arent looking for a compliant domestic pharmacy, rather one that will ship them what they want, when they want it. This, unfortunately is the wild west of "pharmacy" practice.
Of course, most of this second kind pharmacy generally is not US based. Also, naturally certain countries have a better reputation on providing legitimate services. For America, this usually refers to Canada. But once again, legitimacy may not be the goal here and afaik, it still is against the law to ship drugs from CA to US and many shops will not (some 100% on the up and up pharmacies in Canada will ship drugs as its weakly enforced and they feel they are acting nobly as the #1 reason Americans turn to Canada for drugs is cost. An unpurchased drug is an unused drug).
So that leaves the pharmacies who will ship whatever you want for a price. Most of these businesses are based out of Eastern Europe, Russia, and SE Asia but they can be anywhere. You call or go online, answer some questions, and boom. Drug is on the way. Now first let me say, these places often DO send the correct drug, at least initially. Probes into these pharmacies show that. They may send the wrong strength, or quantity, or an expired lot, but quite often, what you order, is what you get. However, there is nothing stopping these businesses from sending you counterfit drugs, the wrong drug altogether, or simply stealing your money and/or info. They often are run by criminal orginizations who set up real looking websites (ironically a lot will say they are a Canadian pharmacy) that are simply traps to rob you.
If however you are lucky enough to get the right package, this too may be short lived. These shady pharmacies, while maybe not run by the mob if you are lucky, are relentless in trying to get you to re-order and order more items. So maybe for 2 months, all is well. Then the phone calls and emails start. Six, seven, a hundred calls and equal amounts of emails and junk mail saying you better re-order or else. They call at all hours from multiple numbers, will spam your inbox to oblivion, hunt you down if you change numbers, and even go as far as to say there are customs or law enforcement problems and you need to pay them to take care of it. And now, since youve been a bad customer, theres no telling what your next order will contain. Most give in to their endless acts of communication terrorism and order again. But the horror stories are mind-blowing. Double and triple charging, orders sent to wrong address, one guy was expecting heart meds and got vitamins and my favorite a package the supposedly was to come from Western Europe arrives with Asian writing on it and loose, unmarked pills just thrown in the box.
So yeah, buyer beware. In fact, buy drugs off the street. Its safer and easier (I kid, I kid).
