Opioids Anyone know about tapentadol? Would it help tramadol withdrawals? Or should I stick to kratom?

Tapentadol is said to be a stronger opioid receptor mechanism and a minor norepinephrine reuptake so technically it should help? If so I’ll take them if it will make things worse I won’t take them I’m desperate to know if this helps thanks!
 
Yes. Tapentadol will stop tramadol withdrawal. It should almost entirely substitute for tramadol.

Really that’s great news oh my gosh like my heart just skipped. I assume safe to take once I am in full withdrawal tomorrow as tramadol will not be active in system

If it's mu-agonism is stronger than tramadols and your aim is to get off of opioids altogether, then you're still going to have withdrawals from tapentadol and are only delaying the inevitable.
