I call them "kick ons". They usually involve someones house, a bong, beers, and possibly a couple more lines.
I remember reading someone say once that they didn't like to use the word "kick on", because it's such an optimistic term for what it's actually describing.
Then there's a lot of people who go to the other extreme, and call them "skat days". Which is just too pessimistic a term for me to use personally.
