I took my first 250mg Antabuse pill on July 22, 2016. Then I took it daily (250mg everyday) until August 3, 2016 (13 days). Can I drink alcohol today (August 8, 5 days off the pill) w/o having the adverse effects?

I read it can stay up to 2 weeks in the body, what are the chances of this considering the time I took it and how many days I've been w/o it? I'm a short male 164cm with average weight 67kg, practices sports every week and drinks lots of water.

Maybe I should wait until 7 days to drink? Or is just extremely necessary to wait 14?

^ I second this, not worth the risk.

But you're on it for a reason, do you have a sober coach that you can talk to if you're having cravings or feeling a relapse coming on?

- Hopeless

I attend college and still live with my parents, this means that I have to do some things they consider necessary (because I still depend on their economy). So they've been taking me to (telling me to go) to a shrink for the last 2 or 3 years. I took pills for depression, anxiety (also had to take quetiapine during a brief psychotic episode, which might have been the result of DXM + marijuana abuse) but lately the main issue has been my addiction problems. Been taking topiramate too. So they told me (my parents and the shrink) that I had to take antabuse to stop my alcoholism. I've also had "problems" with marijuana. Smoking for years and mixing it with alcohol (to be crossed). And also drank DXM for weeks, then quit. But alcohol use was really high during the last year. I'm not really a problematic person, I tend to behave usually well in most ocassions. But the strong verbal fights I've had home and the fact that I smash things (I throw and break my stuff when I'm frustrated, like very impulsively) might be a result of my alcoholism.

So they are worried because they think the drugs, specially the booze, are making me mentally ill (obsesive, intolerant, with lack of motivation, worsening my impulsive behaviour).

I don't go to AA or any of those meetings, the psychatrist didn't really considered them.

Yet, I've decided that I want to drink as soon as the antabuse leaves my body.

PS: Sorry for my english, not my native language.

Don't drink alcohol while there's still disulfiram in your system. This drug works by inhibiting an enzyme that metabolizes acetaldehyde, so if you drink on it acetaldehyde will accumulate in your body, this could even be lethal, if the dosage is high enough. Don't do it.
Rule of thumb is a drug is out of your system after 5-7 half lifes if you took it once, but you took it 13 days so you have to wait even longer.

I tried eating vinegar today during lunch to see if I'd get any reaction, cause I read it interacts with Antabuse. I ate salad with french dressing (which has vinegar) and also swallowed and whole spoon of pure vinegar.

Nothing happened, not even a slightly itchy sensation. Can this be a sign of the Antabuse being almost gone? Or is it not conclusive enough?

I would consult a doctor, for an answer to that one. They may set off similar reactions, but they are two different chemicals. I would not use vinegar as a test.

Sounds like you have been dealing with quite a lot for the past few years and my question to you is why is it important for you to drink right now? You are in school and you are working with someone to get to an understanding of your emotions. It sounds like your parents are quite worried for you and from your description of your reactions to stress, I would be as well. Work on your anger issues before you start drinking if you don't want to end what you already have going for you (parents paying for school, living expenses and mental health help).

Found a bottle of 250ml rum and couldn't resist, so I drank around 50ml (like two long sips from the peak) to see if I would get the antabuse effect. This was like 20 minuts ago, but nothing showed up yet.

Does this mean it's safe to, let's say, finish the whole 250ml bottle?

No it's not safe.
Wait and talk to your doctor and maybe go to an addiction specialist

Disulfiram's (Antabuse) effects can last for weeks after cessation if the drug was taken chronically and I think in this instance, a month of continued, daily dosing qualifies as such. I would absolutely not drink any alcohol yet. It's not work it, don't risk it. Many of use have made stupid, uninformed or even dangerous decisions in regards to our use of drugs and/or alcohol, but this is one decision that you can choose to avoid. There's no reason for it.

Wait the absolute maximum amount of time required for the Dislfiram to vacate the body. I've read many stories about Disulfiram and Alcohol and actually know of a guy who experienced it. He said that he drank 3 beers quickly in maybe 5 minutes and within minutes post-consumption, he became so ill that he had to be hospitalized. He said he couldn't breath fast enough, his chest hurt, he was painfully dry heaving even after his stomach was empty, his head pounded. He said that it was without a doubt, simultaneously the most terrifying and miserable experience of his life.

After the experience, he never took Disulfiram again. As far as I know, he's also been sober since that experience. My point is, it's just not worth it. It's now worth it at all for some shitty buzz. You can do any other substance other than alcohol, so for the love of god, don't drink any alcohol.

Ok, just to let you guys know that I did drink the 250ml shortly after my last post. Stupid and risky decision, yes. But 'luckily' I didn't get ill. Just the regular buzz.
