ANAESTHESIA Drugs?

Besides Ketamine, what other drugs are available to self administer anaesthesia / induce a comma outside a hospital setting? Or is Ketamine as good as it gets?

self administer anaesthesia / induce a comma outside a hospital setting is a stupid idea, this would most likely kill you. Just think about respiratory depression etc.
