Stimulants Amphetamine sulphate instead of adderall?

So there is a friend of a friend of mine who has some pure 73% amphetamine sulphate.(POWDER).(UNCUT)
He takes adderall for helping him in studies.He wanted to know if he could somehow use amph sulphate instead of adderall as it is really costly for him.
Can someone compare the dosage of the two taken orally? Would the amph sulphate be as strong as adderall? Would he need just 10mg to study for his uni?
In short what would be a dose equalant to adderall 10mg taken orally.
Also is the bioavailabilty taken orally the same for the two chems?

Any further details do's and dont's will be appreciated.
Note- He doesnt want to reach the recreational dosage. Dose that would make him conc on his studies.

You, or your 'friend' should just take the Adderall instead.

At least then you will know for sure you are actually taking completely pure pharmaceutical grade amphetamine, and at what dose it is.

Well my "friend" cant afford it. But he sure does have amph powder. Even an approx dosage would be of a great help.
