So I ordered some 4-FA WITHOUT knowing it was a controlled substance... And of course it's flagged now, and I can't get a EPCS... So am I gonna have to sharpen a toothbrush or not
 
Almost certainly nothing will happen, unless you ordered like 12 kilograms of it. It's really not something they look out for or even really care about as long as it's for personal use. Plus this is assuming they are even aware of it, which unless you're on a watch-list they won't be.
