Benzos Am i at risk?!?!

Im new to the forums and really only made this account for this thread itself, but i need advice! I used to be a heavy abuser of xanax. Would take 2-3 bars almost daily for a few months, then i had a very bad seizure. I stopped for a few months then took them a good amount for a few weeks and just had another seizure about a month ago. Im curious as to what the possibility is of me having another seizure if i only take 2mg of xanax for one night and not touch the stuff for a while after. I have been clean for a bit and i feel like one day of use wouldnt hurt but then again who am i to know. Any advice or experience would be great, iknow i sound pathetic for even asking but help me out!!!

Your body can have a seizure just by having a little taste or whiff, I would not take them at all for any reason, unless a doctor specifically tells you,
