Benzos Alternating phenibut and benzos

I'm in a transitional life phase right now and can't seem to sleep without benzos. I don't want to become addicted though, hopefully I'm not already. I need them nightly to sleep, unless I drink a shit ton of alcohol. Would it make sense to use phenibut for a day or two once per week so that I don't become physically addicted to benzos?
 
nah man, on the erowid experience reports, some dude said he built Extreme rapid tolerance to phenibut in 1 week time and had an anxiety rebound. Said it was worse than illegals.

That being said I am preped to use it for tommorrow to get through my 24hr to suboxone induction
 
This is destined to fail. As far as the idea of needing them for sleep nightly.

I'll use phenibut two days out of the week, litter a few benzos here and there, but expecting to religiously rotate with regular and daily use, for who knows how long? A month? A couple of weeks? Seems like a slippery slope...
