Hi! I'm looking for a complete (as much as possible) list about the allosteric sites and endogenous ligands for the GABA (alpha mainly but would LOVE to read about the other subreceptors, rho included) and NMDA receptors, sources, studies, pictures, whatever, I just can't find a complete list anywhere.

I found this interesting images for anyone interested:
GABA alpha

NMDA

Aparently, ketamine shares the same site with Mk-801, but Idk about PCP.

But I need MORE
Thanks in advance.

If you just search "NMDA gating/allosteric sites" on pubmed and filter for reviews you can generally find what you're looking for in under 30 seconds.
If you want some really interesting reading look up synaptic vs extrasynaptic NMDA receptors, pretty much our understanding of the NMDA receptor has undergone revolution in the last ten years.
