... Ever wondered why you have that scar - like line running down the middle of your ballsack -? That's where during your first few weeks as a foetus you used to have a little proto-snatch and the line is where it sealed up during later development.

Female is like the default setting. For an XX baby to develop like a normal female, nothing extra needs to happen except for that 'programme' to run. For an XY baby to develop into a normal male surges of testosterone need to happen at just the right time to make the genitals and everything else develop in a male - typical way.

That's interesting and I know of what you speak from watching porn. But I personally don't possess any scar-like line along my ballsack (I've just checked) so it's obviously not ubiquitous.

With some people it's not very visible. But I can assure you you used to have a hole where you've not got one now because every single foetus starts out that way without exception. ;)
