Benzos Alcohol the day after Benzos

I Ingested 0.5mg of Flubromazolam 21 hours ago to help me sleep after a Methamphetamine experience. The Flubro sent me to sleep very quickly and I cannot not feel any effects from it today. I am relatively inexperienced with Benzos.
Is it okay for me to consume alcohol now?
 
Due to long half life of that particular benzo, the effects of alcohol will be more pronounced. Go easy.
 
From what I'd read it was a triazolo benzo thus was on the more potent side and had a shorter half life. Is this incorrect?
Regardless of the answer I'll heed the advice; thank you.
 
Maybe I'm wrong, I was under the impression that Flubromazolam has a long half life.

EDIT: I apologize, I'm pretty sure I'm wrong, I think I had it confused with another benzo.
 
short half life benzo's yeah its fine but be careful with benzo's with a long half life you can still active amounts of it still lingering even a full 24hrs after
