hello, I was recently diagnoesed with ADHD and given a script for adderall xr 20mg once daily. I went with the generic. I took it about 2 hours ago and feel very little. I smoked 1 blunt and about a quarter of an older blunt about 3 hours before taking the adderall, so my high was basically over. When I first took the pill I felt very sleepy but managed to stay awake. I decided to jack off and I barely came but I could basically could lay there and keep jacking off if I wanted too because I felt control as to when I wanted to actually cum, which is different then when im sober. Anyway, the point im trying to ask is this normal not to feel much after about 2 hours? This is the first time I have ever taken adderall also.
