Originally I was prescribed to one 30mg XR a day. Now I'm up to 2 to even feel anything, and 3 30's to experience the same effects that I did when I first began taking the one 30mg XR daily. Planning on taking a break for about 3 weeks in an attempt to lower my tolerance. Will taking a magnesium supplement (and which type specifically), proper rest, exercise, and nutrition decrease my tolerance?? Mainly emphasizing the addition of the Magnesium supplement to my normal diet, rest, and exercise routine. And after my break, should I be taking a magnesium supplement whenever I take my Adderall? Will this actually help to maintain a decreased tolerance? Appreciate any help in advance.
