Activity of indole-4-ethanamines?

It occured to me, as I'm sure it has to MANY others, that moving the ethanamine chain of tryptamine from position 3 to position 4 would yield an interesting new nucleus for the same old substituents. Some of my expansions on this idea look a lot like hemi-dFLY type compounds. Are there examples of psychoactive rc's out there based on this positional isomer of tryptamine?

Unlikely. The indole and 2,5 dimethoxy based drugs bind in totally different ways.
