RCs Acetildenafil, and analogues.

Recently I have tried cialis(10mgs) in combination with amph and psychedelics with satisfactory results. So im looking for analogues. Acetildenafil looks primising, but I don´t found the dose nor experiences anywhere.

FYI it seems there´s a lot of viagra analogs out there apart of the marketed:

Acetildenafil
Nitrosoprodenafil
Sulfoaildenafil
...

I really hate to pay 63€ per 60mgs of tadalafil when it synthesis cost is probably around 1 or 2 cents. Any bits of info?
 
I tried acetildenafil, starting with an allergy test, then working up to 100 mg orally. I've used sildenafil and tadalafil with pleasant results - I don't need them to get it up but things just work faster and stronger with them. With acetildenafil I got flushing and really couldn't tell if it was working.

Recently I was trying some stimulants and things just stopped working. I read up on rectal administration and apparently sildenafil is better absorbed if you plug it. So I tried plugging 100 mg acetildenafil and I could feel the flushing pretty soon then my dick responded a little. Plugged another 60 mg and pwith a little more time I was hard enough and it got harder as I went. Didn't help me cum but then that's not what PDE5 inhibitors do. Try plugging a couple mg yohimbine HCl for that problem. I've snorted it but the capsules are cut down with so much filler it's a lot to rail.

I don't know if this is typical or just a weak batch of this chem or just my metabolism. I've taken 50 or even 25 mg sildenafil and it's worked fine. I swallowed the acetildenafil powder so maybe it needs a capsule or tablet to help it get past the stomach.

Seems to work but the dose required seems to be higher at least for me. It's possible that without stim dick, 100 mg plugged or even less might have been fine.

There is an impressive array of known research chemicals related to Viagra (sildenafil)—acetildenafil being one of which; I mention sildenafil because it's easily the least obscure of the bunch, and is practically the quintessence or beau ideal of the family.

These compounds are in a family of drugs that behave as inhibitors of the enzyme phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5). While some are available on the market, the preponderance of these compounds aren't terribly likely to be acquired outside a research laboratory.

Apart from the drugs already mentioned here, some other sildenafil cognates, amongst a sizeable set of others, are:
Tadalafil
Vardenafil
Avanafil
Buflomedil
Trapidil
Mirodenafil
UK357903

While we know Wikipedia has its issues with reliability, I think it still can afford the layman with an adequate, albeit fragmentary and inexact, précis on technical, recondite subjects—the science behind the mechanisms of action, design, and chemistry of PDE5 inhibitors in this particular case.
Some preliminary reading material I'd think to be pertinent enough to broach (insofar as the chemistry of these drugs is your fascination) are thus:

My parter takes Acetildenafil with fantastic results. He uses it for the purpose of stim dick and it works brilliantly. I've just ordered some more for tomorrow ;-)

Allergy test first of 5-10mg, then start off with 25mg. If you feel you need more then slowly work up to 60-70mg. I believe 100mg is slightly pushing it.

I have a question about these pde5 inhibitors? are they reversibles enzyme inhibitors? is there a proof that demonstrate they are reversible and once removed from the body, the enzyme pde5 and the other inihibited (because the selectivity is not exclusive to pde5) return to their normal function?

you don't have permament erection, it requires stimulation. But I would like to know the mechanism behind the reversibility of pde5 inhibitors and proof the enzyme pde5 is not permanently affected
