Misc 5-HTP - Serious constipation!

Hi all,

I have been using 5-HTP for around 2 months, and everything was fine except I have developed strong constipation, that are hard to deal with.
It looks like my large intestine is sleeping, even after a meal. I have to use irritant laxatives to go to toilet.
Its serious:(
I have read that it may be connected with the antagonistic effect on 5htp4 receptors.
How to deal with this?
Have anyone encountered the same problem?
