I seriously don't see how this article helps parents at all.

I had actually hoped it would be a decent article as I think it should be a genuine concern for parents these days. For someone who only got into the scene in their mid 20's, its actually quite concerning to realise kids are starting out in high school, I mean that was pretty unheard of less than 10 years ago.
But then you read comments like "Life is bleak for an individual who has just come off heavy amphetamine use" and you realise media reporting of drugs will never change.
