Hello all! I am pretty new to this site so please forgive me if this is in the wrong forum or if the formatting is botched. I was curious if anyone has a good list of the various BA's (bioavialability) of the various methods of administration? I am hoping to find it for IV (I assume 95-100%), snorting, oral, and especially smoked. While I have no intention of smoking them as I know it is really harmful to your lungs, I am most curious about the BA for smoking though. Again, no intent to actually do it, i'm just real curious. I smoke enough weed as it is haha, don't need anything else making it worse. Any response at all is greatly appreciated!:):\:\
 
Welcome to Bluelight :)

I.v. -> 100%
Oral ->60-90%
Intranasal -> around 75% (for crushed; solution seems to have a lower BA but could be due to too high volume used in the study)
Smoked -> afaik there's no study investigating this RoA
 
Orally it is quite high. up to ~80%. Thats why its best to take oxy orally, not worth the extra 10-20% IV'ing it imo.
