Hello all,
I've been reading several posts on the effectiveness of using Mylar bags. It seems a very popular choice for storing things in because it keeps the content super fresh due to it's airtight properties. While it may be airtight and keep the contents fresh, some people have suggested it is always best to "clean" to outside of the bag to remove contamination and unwanted smells. However, apart from a couple of people saying to use the dish washer, no-one says how to clean the Mylar bags. Would a one off wipe with normal soap be recommended? Or maybe something like disinfectant, or bleach?
