Compilation of Roll Protocols
Just wanted to make this in order to just record some general things that Ive found helpful while experimenting with the most beneficial way to roll the past few years. Mostly stuff I wish I had heard when I started.
Background:
Medical grad student
6 1 ~220lbs lean
Roughly a dozen rolls in the past 4 years (3-4 per year
Dose range: 140-180mg, sometimes redosed once with 80-100mg
Other drugs conbined with: LSD (almost always), cocaine, adderall, marijuana
These are the harm reduction supplements that I have felt have been MOST helpful at reducing comedowns or increasing afterglows:
Alpha lipoid acid
N-acetyl-cysteine (favorite 1/2)
Spirulina
Metformin (favorite 2/2)
Vitamin C (NOT before roll)
Magnesium (for bruxism - NOT before roll)
Paracetam - before roll to increase effects.
Other supps used/tried:
ALCAR
Curcumin
CoQ10
Astaxanthin
For whatever reason I have found that rolls seemed to be dampened by magnesium which doesnt make much sense. Vitamin C, however, is pretty basic knowledge since it lowers urinary pH and increases amphetamine clearance.
I have found, however, that using vitamin C (2-3g every 2-4 hours) after the roll significantly attenuates any comedowns.
Additionally, paracetam does seem to potentiate rolls fairly nicely and may provide some neuroprotection.
For those who experience a diminishment of effects or think that strength of rolls is reduced with use, I used 140mg two nights ago which is one of the lowest doses Ive ever used and rolled so hard I checked my scale to see if it was working accurately (it was).
One other note as I saw multiple questions on the internet with little to no first hand experience feedback but I have used cialis (up to 20mg) the night of rolling and never run into any problems or negative interactions although I?ve never needed it for sex during the roll personally.
Lastly - an empty stomach (minimum 5-6 hours no food) is a MUST in my opinion for an optimal roll.
This is data compiled by myself that has been logged before and after each roll for several years and the protocol has continuously provided extremely strong/clean/consistent rolls every time with no/minimal comedown (usually only if a resize is used) and/or ideal afterglows. Would have liked to see something like this when I started a few years ago so I hope it helps!
