Oh do I love dreams
As a boy at the age of 16, I had an Out of Body Experience when I had the flu similar to that Pink Floyd song Comfortably Numb lol (When I was a child I had a fever My hands felt just like two balloons Now I've got that feeling once again
I can't explain, you would not understand This is not how I am) I know it's not exact to dreams that song the part (I could never explain, you would not understand) ring true to me for a very long time. My Out of Body Experience was so real and psychedelic at the same time it led me on a life long path of looking for answers and I'm in my forties now.
mal3volent It always starts off I'm in some kind of dimly lit structure. Sometimes it's like an industrial type building with high ceilings, other times it's residential. But it's always a weird sepia color outside. Sunset shifting to twilight. Dark, shadowy inside.
Now that is a dream! I've come to the conclusion after reading several and several books on out-of-body, dreams, and amongst other similar subjects in relation to all of this even started reading new-age shit and yes that's what it shit. In my opinion, the most logical sense is science. However, you can have fun with your dreams. I always refer people if they ever had an out-of-body experience or something of that nature to read this book by Robert Peterson Out of Body Experiences how to have them and what to expect

I have reoccurring dreams all the time I have sets of reoccurring dreams. However, what most people call reoccurring I called continuing dreams. I have friends in dreams sometimes I think it would be embarrassing to tell people who are some of my friends in my dreams all they are our perceptions of what you think that person is in reality. Like, for example, I'm friends with Maynard James Keenan of the band Tool in one set of Dreams they Don't really recur they continue its not the same context they continued he has his own personality we have our own relationship he's like a friend in a different world but in this world he's a famous Rockstar weird right and in the dream I'm not a fanboy. I'm not dreaming about idolizing we're having real conversations about real things and doing real things very rarely does music even come up or what he does in his professional world pretty weird right. I guess you can say I am humble dreamer haha. But if it was real life I wouldn't know how to act in front of him. I would be very uncomfortable because one I am a fan and two I have these fuckin weird dreams about him all the time but he is no the only one I dream about that I know in real life. I also have other continuing sagas I guess you could call them cuz there's a difference between reoccurring and continuing reoccurring is something that somebody would consider a nightmare is an example I hear a lot. You never hear this I keep having this great reoccurring dream that I'm screwing this chick and Mickey Mouse pops up right at the end and I wake up. Both are the same they both reoccur but what is funny is if you can recall the dream better and better through practice it's not the same dream there's subtleties and differences every time if you could go back to the first time you dreamt that dream it would be a lot different than where you are at at the last time you dreamed it just the same theme. Continuing is You pop in and sort of where you left off. For me, my other continuing dreams have other people that I know or don't know that I've gotten to know it's like a whole different world. In the only reason and think I'm able to do this is the years and years of book research keeping an open mind during that time. I just woke up I feel the best when I wake up naturally not waking up to alarm bullshit it will fuck my day and happiness. I jumped on here BL I just recently started posting on BL I was talking about belbuca and pain medicine and wanted to see if I got a reply and I see a post on dreams so thank you

I had a major surgery you want to talk about weird weird dreams wait until you have major surgery and the next two weeks every time you close your eyes it's like a hit of acid++++ It seems like the best creative parts of your mind light up along with this psychedelic twist to it things make sense that normally doesn't and you remember them quite well or at least I did. There's actually a lot of chatter on the internet about this it an after effect of the anesthesia and the trauma to the body. These dreams were so intense and I was so in tune with what was going on there was a point where I was having a dream realized I was talking out loud it was a lucid dream, lucid dream also is a normal thing for me. So I turned my phone on and started recorded my dream. I wish the audio came out better but. I had a western accent and it was in the time frame of the 1880s very cool to listen to. There are little techniques to remember your dreams one of the easiest is when you wake up don't just get up and start going about your day this can be hard if you wake up to an alarm all the time matter fact this can be hard if you only sleep-in on the weekends. When you wake up lay there for 10 minutes or for however long you think it needs to be I don't like to put time limits on things but try not to fall back to sleep. That is when the dream is the freshest my technique is not to try and remember but remember at the same time just kind of stab at it a little bit the dream that makes sense it is kind of like you're the kid listening in on your parents by the door and once in a while you peek around the door just to look at them talking when they're not looking you hear it all, okay that's a terrible analogy. Here's a little better analogy just lay there and realize you had a dream and think about the feelings in it the surroundings was there smells what time of the day it was, was it day or night the sensations of it all in the dream fuck the meaning that will come later trust me. If you have a hard time with recalling that's okay things come easier with practice and don't get frustrated if you can't remember certain things.
I think dreams are meant to be enjoyed even the terrible ones I like the terrible too a good dream that went wrong as you say nightmare cuz all in all when you wake up you're okay it was just a dream. Today when I sit down to see if anybody responded to a post that I wrote on here from yesterday. I was still thinking about my dream last night. I do understand quite a bit about dreaming for myself and when people think dreams have meaning like somebody going to die or stupid shit like that, that's all it is stupid shit. Randomness in coincidence happens every day in real life also you got to remember when you're dreaming so much is going on there could be something that you dream about but you don't remember and at that moment in real life an event will come up and trigger that memory you had that was similar so you sum it up as a coincidence and try and put meaning behind it because we are rational humans. I'm not saying don't acknowledge it look at it as that's cool. What drives me nuts is when I'm at work or wherever and the subject of dreams come up and people start talking about coincidences and meaning in dreams especially coincidences. Coincidences or something that will happen in real life to and that is similar event to an event you don't have to put meaning behind it there's a lot going on in this consciousness we call life. Dreams are fun little ways to have fun while you sleep the scientific stuff behind it is even quite interesting but that's like a book to read not for me to explain. Sorry for turning this into a long post but this is one of the subjects that I love. One more thing I believe dreaming and understanding more about your dreams and having a bit of control the way you carry your life and relate to your fellow human being respect others all these things not only make you a better person but makes you have some fucking kick ass dreams someday I'll get there someday.
