I got into bodybuilding back around 1994. I made pretty good gains (120 to 165lbs in under two years), then got lost in drugs & alcohol and gave it up within a few years.

I just lifted today for the first time in years, hence the Ace of Base album :D

Well done man! Hope you can keep it up, it's great for mood and sobriety :)

I really loved the whole Moon Safari (Air) album when it came out asclepius, but that's the first time I saw any videos from it :) Some great songs.

I bought the album for that song alone ( like a sucker). Kelly Watch the Stars etc; was a bit repititive for my (sober) liking, but att, I think I endured because it was 'trendy' lol Glad you liked album though, a friedn of mine, with better tastes than me appreciates it, too - which is lovely.

That video is just some beautiful timelapse by a You Tuber. The original is interesting but stereotypically fits the lyrics - two lovelorn peeps e.t.c.

I've tried hard to not like MM but the music, great imitation and flattery is the highest form of respect...

^^^I can't sleep tonight so getting into some of my jams.

This dude grew up a few towns away from me. About a 5 minute car ride. Always cool to see local boys make it.

^^^I've always been an Audion fan (his alter ego). 3:30am in Philly and I can't sleep. This always happens when I've been hitting the gym. My sleep will suck for another week or two. blaahhh

My boy Rakim. Nas, Biggie, Jay-Z, Eminem etc. would not exist without Rakim. I've been a fan since I was 8. I think it's so cool that I was able to witness a brand new art form come into fruition and develop. Hip Hop was the new punk. Anyone with two turntables and a microphone could create music. That's empowering. And now anyone can make music at home on their laptop and that's so fucking awesome.

Another Legend...Now THIS is Hip Hop. I like a lot of the trippy new hip hop but boom-bap hip hop makes me want to dance more than any other genre.
