I can totally relate. Amps have always made urination a bit difficult for me while I'm on them, but it has progressed over time into something worse. Slight testicle pain (while high) was the first thing to accompany the difficult urination, but was pretty mild and easy to ignore. I've used meth for about 2.5 years and the testicle pain has gradually gotten more painful but not too bad and only occurs while high. Throughout these 2.5 years I have been a binge user, not a daily user. Binge duration and time between varies, but I'd say on average I binge for 2-3 days with about 1.5-2 weeks between each binge. However for the last 3 months I have been using much more often (I was sober for some time and in recovery, but relapsed and have been going very hard since because i know I'll be getting back on the wagon soon and am trying to get my fill of it I guess (The mind of an addict?!!) So, throughout these last 3 months I pretty much have been a daily user and am to the point where I can sleep/eat on it usually and the high pales in comparison to my binge using days. Now when I use, what was once slight testicle pain, is now a pain in my lower back, and goes through me to my lower abdomen and into my testicles. It always begins once I use and starts in the back mildly and progresses over the next 2 hours until I'm in a state of agony and spend the next several hours moaning in pain on my couch feeling like I'm going to die!
I've done so much research on it and haven't found much. This doesn't happen to most but for some it does. It's starting to get more relevaqnt mecically but at this point I've come to the conclusion from all my research that the meth creates a tension within that mimics the symptoms of testicular torsion. It isn't truly testicle torsion but mimicks because once the meth wears off the pain goes away. (Sometimes they are a bit tender the next day as well but nothing like while you were high.)
I share all this with you because if your urination issue is problematic enough to post about it, you might be a csndidate for what I'm dealing with.
Good luck and be safe
