I've taken phenibut weekly for over 3 years. no more than 700mg in one dose once per week. I'm at a bit of a turning point with it at the moment. 700mg has served me well for all this time but it just doesn't work as well any more. Time to ditch it, then.
Phenibut, for me, was a life saver regards social anxiety. I lived a hermetical existence for over ten years, then I was forced to socialise once a week and phenibut helped me a lot. I woke up full of radiance and ideas. I walked into social situations with not a hint of anxiety. In fact, I loved socialising. I loved talking to people, and I became quite a 'figure' in my group.
It faded in time and I refuse to up my dose. Upping the dose for same effect is a no-no...don't ever do it. One rule you should monitor forever with drug use: Never up the dose to enjoy the same effect. Just give up, look back with affection, then move onto something else.
Anyway, for me Phenibut was great for insomnia, great for social anxiety, and initially it was great for ideas. In the mornings I found my head to be brimming with clarity and positivity. For people who suffer none of these problems, they'll probably say Phenibut doesn't work, but if you have any of these probs, take it...take it and enjoy, for as long as you can.
It's time for me to say goodbye to Phenibut for a while. Maybe a year or two, then hopefully I can return and enjoy a new phase...at the same dose.
Try 500mg once a week. Don't take it every day. Don't up the dose for same effect. Enjoy
