Reminder of acid's power

LSD/3-4 drops
SWIM had an acid trip a few months ago that reminded him to respect the power of lsd. SWIM has done lsd ~70 times, mushrooms 30+, the ecstasy amphetamines ~80x, has limited experience with ketamine, 2c-b, 2c-e, methoxetamine, dmt and quite a bit of experience with cocaine and heroin. Most of his drug use occurred a few years ago, so he had forgotten what a hard trip really feels like.

Now, a bit of background leading up to the trip. The afternoon before said trip occurred, his friend X (a heroin addict at the time) picked him up and revealed that they would be going to buy some heroin. SWIM hadn't been using opiates much in those days, but has always had a problem with free drugs. After a day of getting high while running errands, the two took a group of friends to a rave. MDMA was eaten in large quantities (1.5-2g per person) that night and morning. SWIM was also smoking heroin with X during this time and into the afternoon. When he was picked up by friends to go home, they gave him a sugar cube with 3-4 (they weren't sure). Having stayed up all night doing drugs, SWIM should have waited to trip. Not thinking clearly, he underestimated how strong it would be and just figured he could enjoy a light trip (stupid).

While waiting for the lsd to kick in, SWIM became tired and crawled into bed with his cat. When the acid began to take effect, SWIM started noticing that his usual ability to maintain control and feel grounded was slipping. He paced around his room drinking water feeling panicked. When he laid back down, he saw a black ray of energy or something bounce through the window and hit him. Immediately, he was flooded with guilty feelings regarding his use of heroin over the last 30 hours. Then, the same type of black rays started bouncing out of his mouth. About 5 of them came out, one after another, all landing on his cat next to him. He brushed off the general weirdness as he sat up, putting his feet on the floor beside the bed, drinking water and preparing for the possibility of vomiting on the floor between his feet since he didn't think running to the bathroom was a good idea. The cat was laying to his left. His head faced downward, very clearly thinking that he will vomit on the carpet. As soon as the reflex came, an unknown force instantly turned his head toward the left, causing a projectile vomit of pizza to shoot all over the cat.

Things quickly went downhill from here. Panic ensued, friends were alerted that SWIM was uncomfortably high. One awesome friend changed the bed sheets, wiped the cat and bought SWIM his favorite drink. SWIM spent the night just watching friends/roommates going about their night, speaking or really doing anything was impossible. He later realized he must have been high when smoking a bowl hadn't been on his mind for hours.

Not sure where this is going. The general theme is to be respectful of acid's power, especially when it's new stuff. Also, it is very interesting to note the way the black rays landing on the cat, then minutes later a force causing SWIM to vomit on his cat. He believes that the acid was highlighting feelings of discomfort about using heroin that were being ignored. He has a better understanding of how lsd could be used to treat addicts. A truly magnificent compound.

That is a good friend.

Good report. However, we do not use the acronym "SWIM" here. You must edit your report or it will be closed.

Nice trip report. I wish you went into more detail about the trip but overall cool. Reminds me of my old trips.
