I just deleted a big Post about 5-IT because it's simply not worth the time (i unfortunately already lost) for some lines of what to do and whatnot, instead of just writing:

IT'S WELL KNOWN RC-GARBAGE AND A BIG NO-NO TO EVEN THINK ABOUT USING 5-IT!

End of Story...

PS: If that isn't enough remember the poor People who died because of it!

Since 5-IT is an MAO-I, a tyramine and tyrosine restricted diet could help prevent a hypertensive crisis.
