so ive popped about 6 mg of klonopin and im fellin pretty nice but is there anyway i can intensify the effect from it?...this is with no alcohol or any other realy drug

So you're asking for a natural way to potentiate it? Grapefruit Juice is your best route. They specifically state on some Benzo bottles not to combine the two, as the effects are very strong. Apparently the juice opens up enzymes in your stomach, allowing more of the drug to be taken in than usual.

eh dont have grapefruit juice only orange juice...well yea pretty much im just bored and would rather feel more euphoric in a way so i figured id ask

Otherwise, alcohol is your best option. But, you have taken 6mg's, its not a safe combo in that amount.

alright then i guess ill just take it as it is...cant say im having a bad night abyway...thanks anywa

smoke some herb + take some more Klonopin + drink some booze + take some tagamet.

ya know of i i had bud i wouldnt be asking this question haha speaking of nuggets i gotta get some sometime soon...havent picked up in a while.....and can i asl what tagamet does to intensify it??

1. Grapefruit juice has nothing to do with clonazepam....grapefruit juice works for another rather small category of BDPs.

2. Therefore, cimetidine doesn't work either. It will do nothing. Will not inhibit clearance.

3. There can be potentiation with propranolol, oddly enough, and with azole antifungals [systemic], but i don't think you want to munch those with your clonazepam because they have rather unpleasant side effects.

4. An excellent potentiator of clonazepam is another benzodiazepine, or a tiny beer. But it must be tiny lest you shall roll around a drunken pig, delirious and confused...

Valium, thanks for clearing that up. When I saw your post, I was pretty sure you were absolutely wrong. You're correct though, I had no idea that grapefruit juice was ineffective against the majority of Benzo's.

Thats for damn sure, I drank 2 glasses of wine and was seeing double after taking 6 kpins.

Try googleing or playing xbox seeing double.

did you also know another fun fact?

clonazepam is actually (will not cite sources now because its 10 am) more effective in treating panic disorder at 0.25mg taken bid or qid....

one milligram QD is often more effective as an anxiolytic and antipanic agent than 4mg. This is not explained...this is just written everywhere, starting from the PDR for instance...open any PDR and you'll see. In fact I now went down from an obscene amount to a max of 1.5mg QD, and I do notice improvement in my anxiety

about the grapefruit juice, i think it concerns all triazolos [midazolam, estazolam, triazolam, xanax, and others not used in first world countries] and some classical BDPs....valium to a certain extent, for instant, and i think Librium, but not Serax or Ativan. I recall Tranxene was not potentiated by CYP 3a4, but for some reason recall, in a very blue smoky haze...a lot of Doral and cimetidine, followed by a 48 hour sleep session ..... also I know Phenazepam is not affected. But I could be and probably am wrong. Except for the clonazepam part.

^^ It includes any drug metabolized by CYP3A4, from oxycodone to benzos to viagra to DXM.

- Grapefruit Juice
- Alcohol in SMALL amounts
- Muscle relaxants
- Marijuana
- Anti histamines

See how does that work, Clonaz is metabolized through CYP314 which GFJ inhibits, wouldn't it naturally have potentiated effects?

cimetidine and grapefruit are both inhibitors of the substrate clonazepam inhibited by CYP 3A4. read anything on Cytochrome P450 Drug Interactions and you'll find this to be true.

If you could intensify Klonopin and you are already on 6 mg I would think you would just get very sleepy and not have much fun. I recommend some Narcotics to go with the K-Pins. Play safe!

Narcotics, alcohol, marijuana, Soma, barbiturates, other CNS depressants.

Although combining any of the above (except marijuana) can be dangerous.
