Actually, it's from this movie where Kevin Spacey played an alien on Earth...I'm blanking out on the title. It looked pretty bad from the previews, and I never saw it.

Someone posted a picture of someone being tickled and someone else was leaning into the picture with their boob hanging out.

Apparently it "wasn't" a boob, but somehow the picture quickly got removed.
