How easy/hard is it to get paraphernalia in the States?

They're in every big city (and many small ones). In fact, I just visited one yesterday. The rule is, that everything they sell 'is not for illegal drug use'. In other words, all of the beautiful glass pipes, bongs, the grinders EVEN with a keef/kief tray - are not for pot use. Employees are NOT to talk about drug use to customers. They're very good about it.

well I live in Las vegas, not sure if that has anything to do with it, but you can buy anything in smoke shops pretty much from pipes bongs porn and even crack pipes.

Really? That doesn't sound like any place in the States I've ever been to. You are only allowed syringes if you have a prescription for insulin use. Why else would there be need for needle exchange if it were just that easy?

Different states have different laws. In NY, they are legal to buy OTC at a pharmacy. It doesn't matter your intent.
Big head shop in my area sells N20 right up front. You have to ask for it by its brand name, and not say whippets or nitrous.... silly. The head shops around here wont touch "bath salts" bc they dont want the scrutiny... have to go to the indian gas stations for these stims.
PA, they are no problem. The pharmacist looked at me weird and asked what I wanted it for. I said I want a 3mg syringe for an experiement... they have to sell them i believe.
Definitely less weird to buy a ten or 100 pack of 1mls though...
