Post Your Work Out Routine, Stats and Cycles! (No dicksizing please)

Age:19
Height: 5'11
Weight: 185 lbs
Best Weight: 225 lbs (on cycle)
Body Fat: 10%
Cycle: none currently (done: dianobol)
Supplements: Protein, MultiVitamin (Used creatine, N20, prohormones and wasn't satisfied)


Routine: 3 Day Split/4 Sets/8-10 Reps

Day 1:

Chest: Bench / Incline / Fly
Back: Chins / PullDown / Bentover Row
Abs: Weighted Crunch / Kneeling Weighted Pulldown / Hanging Leg Raise

Day 2:

Triceps: Skull Crusher / Cable Pushdown / Machine Extention
Delts: Military Press / Upright Row/ Lat Raise
Biceps: Barbell Curl / Incline Bicep / Reverse Barbell Curl

Day 3:
Quads: Squat / Leg Press / Extention
Hams: Ham Curl / Single Leg Curl
Calves: Standing Extention / Lying Extention (Donkey Calve Raises are just gay)

Supplements: Vitamins, Protein Powder, Table Sugar, Udo's Oil.

25 years old, 5'10, highest weight was 260 but am now maintaining 230 or so, bodyfat 7-8% all year but it might get to 9-10% during the holidays,

cycles 1000mg of testosterone a week, 225mg of tren no ester a week, 50mg each of two to three orals for 4 weeks or less if the cycle is shorter than that, the cycles usually last 2 weeks at a time but I have done a few eight week cycles before

supplements, many vitamins and minerals, whey isolate, flax oil, hemp oil, fish oil, green tea, ALA, ALC injectable, taurine, garlic, and many more I am sure that I am forgetting
 
Is the garlic steroid related? (does it help with side effects or is it for general health)

L-Carnitine (.5 to .66 grams)

Dinner:
Fish oil capsule (w/ out GLA) 1 gram

Bed:
Calcium (1 gram) w/ magnesium ( .55 gram)
Vitamin C 1 gram time-release
Fish oil capsule (w/ out GLA) 1 gram
5-HTP 100 mg

Cycle: Whats this mean, what cycles ive done or if im on cycle??? Anyways I always use 750mg/wk of test no matter what, have been since my very first cycle. Usually hit the first 4-6 weeks with an oral, even if using a short ester that would kick in, and if the space between the last use of the oral is 6-8 weeks, ill tend to toss in another 4 weeks of either the same oral or a different one. PCT is always HCG shots before, even on shorter spectrum of cycles, and clomid after of course. I always cycle on between 8-14 week periods of time. With the usual being 12. I always use both finasteride and letrozole on all my cycles and always take liver protectants, even when not on cycle.

Supplements: whey protein, udo's oil, multi-vitamin/mineral complex (not ur flintstones chewables 8) )

the garlic your talking about, the product called
'Garlique' - which is a otc "bad" cholesterol fighting supp.
I didn't know how to phrase that last part..

and if its not- would this product help on cycle?

Dumbell Press ( 50lb weights, 12 reps, 3 sets)

Machine Flys ( 100lb, 10reps, 3 sets)
Tricept Pulldown (? forgot the name) 160lb, 10 reps, 3 sets
Tricept Raise (behind the head) 50lb, 10 reps, 3 sets

Day 2 - Arms
Dumbell Curls - 38lb, 10 reps, 3 sets
Preacher Curls - 60lb, 10 reps, 3 sets
Concentration Curls - 30lb, 10 reps, 3 sets
Reverse Curls - 40lb, 10 reps, 3 sets

I'm really surprised by the age of everyone in this forum!
I't blows me away such young people are doing cycles!

If i were to do one cycle i wouldn't even cosider it until my age or thereabout(26)....although i'll never do one.

I actuallythought most posters(besides the obvious)were around the 25+ mark....anyway each to thier own,and i hope everyone get the results that they want
