GABA Legalities

Cant seem to find this anywhere, but does anyone know of this weight loss substance legality here in oz?

i though GABA was a sleep aid mainly used by body builders after GHB was made illegal. As far as I know its not illegal but in the same boat as 5-htp (anyone correct me if im wrong) if its not on the TGA list of controlled substances then your right to import for personal use.
