Opioids Dihydrocodeine with Oxycodone combo?

I was wondering as to the safety of taking these two substances together, I have a low to moderate tolerance to opiates and I have a decent amount of experience with them. My dose of Oxycodone will be 20mg ER, I was wondering as to what would be a safe dose of Dihydrocodeine?

Also is this combo worth it or would it be better to take them on their own.

I would take them separately as Oxy is like hard alcohol whereas DHCodeine is like light beer. I would start with the DHC and move to Oxy when a tolerance begins. Taken together the DHC would be overpowered, unnoticed and mostly a waste.
20-30mg of DHC should be a decent starting dose, but starting out lower and finding what's comfortable is better than going off other peoples suggestions. You might also use an antihistamine if itching is an issue. Good Luck and Stay Safe Ergan..

20mg oxycodone is like 200mg dihydrocodeine so I wouldnt worry too much adding a few dihydro 30s if you can handle it
