I have been on Vyvanse 60 mg for 5 years. Now I am tolerant to this medicine. I changed to ritalin and then adderall rx 30 mg for 3 weeks but I do not feel anything. Is there any other alternative to find effects of drugs?

Unfortunately, there's no magical answer to tolerance besides a tolerance break or increasing dosage. Your dose of Adderall was relatively high compared to the Vyvanse which means a break from stimulants might be in order
