Opioids Who knows anything about IV Demerol & other administration routes

Hey, what can anyone tell me about IV Demerol and other administration routes instead of IV. How would this stuff compare to let's say a 100mg oxycodone dose or a 50mcg Fentanyl patch used buccally. Also what is this stuff supposed to look like in the bottle, what I'm seeing has a slight tannish/yellow color which I'm guessing might be from light but idk.
