10mg blue adderall

I took two this morning at around 10.. I took one more around 12 because I didn't feel like I got the full effect as I have the past two days taking two a day... I feel it now at 1 but just barely and nowhere near how I felt yesterday with two.. how long does it take for it to initially kick in and bring on its full effect? Should I take another one?? I need the energy I've had the past two days today definitely because I have a lot to get done today!! Please some advice

By the way, forgot to mention I am not a frequent user. I have only ever taken Adderall recreationally maybe once every few months

10 mg's is a pretty low dose so I can see it not having much effect.
I've never been prescribed adderal that low even when I first started it.
I take 30 mg's multiple times a day.
Granted I'm prescribed and not using it recreationally.
