Citalopram + seroquel

Hi my doctor is retarded so i have a few question she would not answer.
(She thinks that trazodone recreational is.
And that mirtazapine doesnt help you sleep).
Im now on 20mg(anxiety) citalopram and 100mg seroquel(insomnia)
I've searchd the interactions on www.drugs.com and they say that its posible life treathning is this treu

The combination CAN cause cardiac arrhythmias including QTc prolongation which can be fatal without treatment.
Its more likely to cause problems if you already have a preexisting heart condition or with excessive doses.
It's not a very high risk.

However, superior combinations are available.

Mirtazapine (along with venlafaxine)has been shown to be superior to most other commonly prescribed antidepressant drugs in treating resistant depression and accompanying anxiety.
It will be less sedating in higher doses, which seems counterintuitive, but is the case.

Talk openly with your doctor about your concerns and whether or not your medications are working.
