Heroin Weird IV scar tissue issue

Not asking for medical advice, just experiences with the symptom I am having.

I used to use my inner elbow veins, but stopped 2-3 months ago. However, when I use my wrist/hand veins, I get a weird symptom once in a while where the shot will travel and feel as if it gets "stuck" where my inner elbow scar tissue is. It'll itch like crazy, the scar tissue, several minutes then stop.

Has anyone ever experienced this before? I'm not talking about missed shots or histamine, I'm talking about old scar tissue irritation in far away areas from where you inject.

Thanks for replies in advance!

Odd. I started out injecting in the crook of my elbows, but got too much scar tissue to continue, so I switched to my wrists/hands, which I used for over a decade (I got much more skilled with the needle during that time). But I never experienced anything like what you're describing. No idea what could be causing that.
