Heroin ship seized

A RENEGADE freighter at the centre of Victoria's biggest heroin bust was seized by the navy at gunpoint on the high seas yesterday.
Special operations troops stormed the vessel, hunted down over the $80 million heroin haul, after a guided missile frigate trained its guns on the fugitive ship.
The ship's master and 29 crew, who had defied repeated orders to stop, offered no resistance.
