Stimulants Speed loses its quality after its been left for some weeks after purchase

Im talking about cheap street UK speed that comes in wet gooey form. When ever its in that form its always good, you get nice euphoria and rush etc... but whenever its been left out for some weeks and dried out it seem to lose that euphoria feeling and strength in general. I need to take way more dry then i would when its wet and it does give that speed feeling but hardly any euphoria... this happened to my speed countless times. Any idea why its happening and how to stop it from drying out ?

It's usually got left over solvent if it's paste so maybe it's small amounts of ethanol or something contributing to the effects.

Beyond speculation we can't tell you though so this threads probably going to be closed unless there's a legitimate widely accepted reason behind whats happening.
