How long will it stay in my system?

I know the rules say no questions about drug test but that is not why i am asking. I would like to know how long alaprozam and hydrocodone will stay in my system and if there there is a way to speed up the process of getting it out of my system

Alprazolam is fat soluble just like THC and usually stays in your system for 4-6 weeks. Hydrocodone is water soluble and stays in for about 3-5 days.
