Opioids pissed off m366 do not work ever, at all, ever.

I just refilled my scrip, I don't know what it is about this specific brand but the 7.5/325 white oblong imprinted with m366 consistently does not work for my back pain. Usually I get the orange "V" from vintage pharmaceutical and they work fine. I took three of the m366 within the last hour and a half and I have no pain relief. Do you think it would be strange to bring this up to my doctor? Does anyone else have this issue with this pill. Also i take them with 1-2 325 soma pills...and nothing.
