Opioids Coming down from hydromorphone

SWIM had the opportunity to try hydromorphone for the first time today by crushing and snorting them. After reading about it, SWIM decided to try 2mg first. After an hour, SWIM did another 2mg. Feeling good but after an hour, feeling light headed and nauseous. Tried to eat food but vomited up the french fry right away. Should SWIM do anything to cater this coming down feeling? Coffee, energy shot, food, vitamins, water or anything else?
 
I'm a dick. It's just confusing to read and says you didn't read the rules. I always vomited on opiates. Comes with the territory. Smoke mj and or eat a small snack beforehand. Do opiates actually have a comedown so to speak?
 
A lot of people throw up when they get really high on opiates the first times or ever. I don't anymore but I know people that do.
