Opioids Making me own lean.

I have a bunch tylenol 3 and promethizine pills sitting around. How much of each should i mix in the bottle of sprite to make lean. Also will it give me the same effects? The promethazine is 50mg how much should i add in the mixure Also i will do a cwe with the t3 because of the apap dont wanna fuck myself up. I do opiates once a week so im no noob.
