Dissipation after CWE with oven

I have oxycodone w/ APAP and I'm a huge fan of the CWE. But my question is, at what temperature should I put the oven on after the CWE so that the water dissipates leaving me with pure oxy powder? I googled oxy's burning temperature and it seems to be slightly above 400 degrees Fahrenheit, so what would be a good temp to put my oven on to dissipate my extracted product?
