Can benzocaine/xylocaine cause a false positive for cocaine in the typical methadone clinic DOA Dip Tests?

i hope im not breaking any rules i work outdoors and have a sunburn and want to use Solarcaine topical lidocaine spray....also have sore throat from dust
 
Drug testing questions are not allowed. Please read the BLUA and the OD Guidelines.
