Opioids Hydromorphone - extended release capsules (white beads)

I am hoping someone can help I am a regular user of hydromorphone for chronic pain and my script ran out a bit early so I set out to find some and I did the guy had 30 mg capsules anyway to make a long story short he tampered with the pill I would say there was only a 12 mg at most in the capsule and the rest was cut so my question is what can someone even use for a cut that you can buy over the counter and I injected it and it didn't hurt me luckily. It was just very weak and I talked to a freind of the guy i got it from and he confirmed that he mixed my pill with some other white beads that he had but he was unsure of what he used can someone please help me.

adderall xr is a schedule 2 so it can not be bought without a prescription it has to be something over the counter that he can buy any other suggestions?
