Any you can add to the list would be very helpful.. Also if anyone knows if the following chemicals are used in medicine please let me know:

Also if you see a medication and know what salt it is (freebase, hcl, hbr etc.) please let me know. If you know a chemical used that has multiple salts, please let me know what they are and what their common brand name is. If you know of a medication that combines any meds listed please tell me what those medications are and what its brand name is.

Thank you :)

(If I am breaking any rules let me know. This is not for abuse, just to attempt to catalogue the opioids/ates used across the world, as I tried to find such a list in databases and only found opiates used in individual countries)

feel free to list chemicals I listed with different salts (citrate, fumerate, hydrochloride, hydrobromide etc.) if there are multiple marketed salts than the brand I listed (for example you can buy DXM hcl in South America, but in North America and most of Europe you get DXM hbr).

Nice thread. One suggestion would be to add the what countrie(s) the opiates are available in.

nortilidine ?

one opioid i've only been able to find in europe marketed as valoron or tilidin.

The generic name you have down for Demerol-pethidine- is the INN name (international)

I'm not sure where you are from (what country) but in the US, Demerol is known as meperidine (generic USAN).

I don't know if you want to include that since that would be the generic name anyone in the US (including docs and other healthcare professionals) would know it by.

Or, it may not matter to you, not trying to be smartass just thought I would point it out in case you were interested and wanted to include it. :D

nortilidine ?

one opioid i've only been able to find in europe marketed as valoron or tilidin.

Actually Nortilidine is a metabolite of Tilidine and was sold on the RC-market for a very short time.

Tilidine could be an interesting one for OP because (in Germany) it only exists in combo with Naloxone to reduce potential abuse, especially preventing IV administration.

Nice Thread btw.

I might in the future... right now im focusing on the salts and combination drugs... I might do what continent or country if only once country uses it

Need to know about opiates
available in Spain. My fiance and i are on pain management (cancer )
We r getting opana 40 oxycodone 30 and 80the extended release. We are plan.planning a move to m costa blanco to enjoy our lives and we need these medicines to enjoy
life without pain.Does anyone know if these medicines are aval in Spain?

i don't know specifically what is available in spain, but you can probably find out through internet research. when i've traveled in the past, i've generally been able to figure out what's available/legal status/brand name/etc. before arriving in my destination country. since you all are receiving these medications via prescription for a very legitimate reason, you could also just ask your doctor, and i'm sure he/she would be more than willing to help--and probably make some kind of recommendations/introductions/whatever to the spanish medical world for you if need be.
